The City of Fort Wright will hold a special meeting on Thursday, December 13th, 2018 at 5:300 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the passage of a resolution to support comments of the Cable Act Preservation Alliance and to oppose proposals and tentative conclusions set forth in the Federal Communications Commissioner’s September 25, 2018 Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in Implementation of Section 621 (a) (1) of the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 as amended by the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992, MB Docket 05-311..
No other business will be heard during the special meeting. The meeting will be held at the Fort Wright Municipal Complex, located at 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, KY 41011.
