City of Fort Wright Passport Acceptance Services
The City of Fort Wright has reopened its US Passport acceptance program. The City has offered this service in the past, and staff are looking forward to assisting the community with their passport needs.
As a Passport Acceptance Agency, the City will be able to assist with accepting applications and documents supporting first-time adult and ongoing child applications. Most forms needed for this process are available in the City Administration Office.
For more information on US Passports and the application process, including forms and required documents, you are urged to visit travel.state.gov, the US Department of State's official passport website. If you would like to use the City of Fort Wright as your Passport Acceptance Facility, please call 859-331-1700 to set up an appointment. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, depending on staff availability.
Please note: The City is unable to take passport photos. Many local Walgreens and CVS locations have the capabilities to take passport photos.
